Job Description: Key Account Manager – Golf Course

Department: On Premise Sales

Marketing Position Reports to: Sales Director

Position Summary:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for forecasting, ordering, and developing relationships with concessionaire accounts throughout Denver and surrounding areas. You will be focused on servicing over 20 concession accounts while working closely with Delivery, Warehouse, Draft Team, Suppliers, AB reps and others to maximize execution within your account base. You will drive results through customer service and product knowledge.

Essential Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll work as part of a team to effectively execute POD growth within your accounts while assisting in scheduling, equipment tracking, and inventory management. Specific priorities and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Essential Duties

  • Forecasting products for all venues
  • Managing inventories in warehouse and in accounts
  • Equipment tracking (waymatics, bottle carts, draft carts, refrigerators, etc.)
  • Billing accounts for equipment usage monthly
  • Updating signage in the market
  • Tracking all events (concerts, games, etc.)
  • Scheduling for events (will need to get people to help)
  • Working closely with Anheuser-Busch KAM to team sell AB priorities
  • Maintaining and advancing our relationships with Aramark and Legends teams (2 big concessionaires nationwide)
  • Managing KPI’s given by sales director
  • Able to work nights/weekends when needed
  • Working with the draft team on keg locations within the venues
  • Keg ordering for the big venues (Coors Field, Empower Field, Ball Arena, Red Rocks, Fiddlers Green)
  • Must be able to lift 140lbs (moving lots of kegs around)
  • Attend sales meetings to stay up to date with trends/priorities
  • Set up weekly meetings with brewery reps to discuss opportunities
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Self-motivated and self sufficient
  • Organized and over communicate with accounts and coworkers
  • Manages their time well
  • Must be able to multitask and be available outside of regular office hours
  • Work closely with delivery and warehouse teams daily

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation range: $55,000 - $65,000 + bonus potential

(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
